In this beautiful little valley between Zumbrota and Mazeppa, MN lies 60
acres dedicated to the off-road enthusiast. We offer open riding on a
track approx. 1.2 miles in length as well as AMA sanctioned competitive
racing for bikes and quads. A smaller track also exists for the younger
beginner, making Hurricane Hills a popular spot for the family with
different skill levels. Come for the day, or camp in one of our sites
with water and electric. Or perhaps you might enjoy spectating at one
of our many race events, watching friends, family, or local talent get
some air on a beautiful day. Either way, we're happy to have you!
2010 Camping
Camping is available on a per night basis, or to save your favorite spot
we also offer Reserved Camping for the race season. For 2010 we will
only offer reserved camping for electrical sites. Payment for Reserved
Camping prepays your electrical service for the season and saves your
spot for late arrival by noon on Saturday. Call for more information on
reserving a spot. Also, back again for 2010 is Friday Night FREE
CAMPING!
- Reserved camping with electricity: $150.00
- Overnight camping: $10.00 per night
- Overnight camping with electricity: $20.00 per night
2010 Racing
We'll be hosting AMA sanctioned, District 23 MX and Quad events again
this year. Please see
Track Schedule on the MotoMenu for the calendar and what's new for
2010.
To race in a District 23 event you must have a current AMA membership
card, and current District 23 membership card, or other official
District card. (It is not necessary to have these memberships for OPEN
or ORGANIZED practice.) District 23 points will be paid only to
District 23 members in good standing. You may purchase these
memberships at the track.
There will be ORGANIZED Practice on Saturdays before
each of our MX and Quad events, weather permitting. ORGANIZED Practice
days include trackside flagging.
Everyone entering the park must sign in at the gate.
Riders under 18 years of age without a parent or guardian present must
have a Notarized Parental Consent Form (below) to be allowed on the
track! This form, along with the appropriate minor release waiver
(found below or available at the track), are required for practice or
racing. There will be no exceptions to these rules. If you're new to
the paperwork, please give us a call and we'll walk you through it.
A reminder that the AMA requires silenced exhaust
systems and District 23 does enforce these rules. We will be performing
random sound testing at all sanctioned events. You will have an
opportunity to check your machine's db level before competition. Ask at
the sign up shed and we'll have someone perform the test - Saturday
afternoons from 1-4 pm and during practice on Sunday morning. It's a
good idea to come prepared with some extra packing just in case.
