 For 2008 here's the scoop:
Cyclone Series has a total of 8 MX races. You must race 5 out of 8 to qualify for the series and year end door prizes. We will count 7 out of 8 to calculate series points (ie...1 throw-out).
For our Quad friends, we have 4 total races, and you must race 3 out of 4 to qualify. Your best 3 races will count towards year end points (ie....1 throw-out).
2nd Annual Customer Appreciation Day will be held Saturday, October 11th at the track. There will be free camping, free open practice, banquet, and awards - for bikes AND quads.
For bikes, race entry fees will be $30 for the first and second class, your third class is FREE (same rider all classes). For quads, the first entry is $35, 2nd is $30, 3rd is FREE (same rider all classes). Get yourself some seat time at Hurricane Hills!
Open and Organized Practice is a flat $30. You can purchase your practices for less though, by buying a StormChaser Card ($120.00 for 5 practices), or a Season Pass ($200.00 for the 2008 season). Either of these promotions can be used for Open AND Organized Practice.
And keep in mind, if you haven't been on the track since September you need to check out the numerous track changes made late in the summer.
